Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification: To maintain operational efficiency and ensure successful delivery, all Cash on Delivery orders require confirmation. Upon placing a COD order, our team will send a quick automated verification message via WhatsApp or contact you via phone to confirm your shipping address. Unverified COD orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.
2. Domestic Shipping Estimates (India)
We provide premium, reliable shipping to pin codes across India through our trusted courier networks.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and leaves the fulfillment facility, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on your state and regional location.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated, optimized based on packaging volume, and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email or SMS notification containing a unique tracking number and a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier aggregator platform.
5. Damages During Transit
LUMI cushions are engineered to be highly resilient, but if your package arrives visibly damaged or if the item inside is compromised, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product. Contact our support team immediately at msquarecommercialcomplex@gmail.com with your order number so we can arrange a swift resolution or a brand-new replacement.
